Here is the Sunford Region Network System or the SRNS. Along your journey, you will encounter more Pokemon than you can have on your person. The rest will be transferred here, in which you can exchange them out with your current party. As well as this, you can also keep a log of your travels. One per character, please.
Loreholt Village got its name from the Lore it provides to new, aspiring trainers. In the center of the village is the Professor's lab, a place where the new trainer receives his/her first Pokemon, as well as a few starter items, before setting off on their journey. The town has few homes, and is surrounded by a large fence, as well as some patches of grass.
After the trainer receives his/her first Pokemon, and as they exit the ranch, they come upon the first Route in their journey. A variety of Pokemon take shelter in the tall grass surrounding the path, as well as the trees that border it. The beaten path was once walked by new trainers just like yourself. Perhaps you will encounter one, and form a new bond - or maybe even a rivalry.
After one has had their fill of route one, they will find themselves entering Wildport City. It's a small, thriving community with a single Pokecenter, and a few homes. There is no Pokemart, but towards the back of the city is the first gym challenge, home to Myra, the flying type gym leader. Are you up to the challenge?
After you have defeated the gym leader of Wildport City, you will come upon Route 2. There are a few more trees than on Route 1, and host another large variety of Pokemon. Some the same, some different. Just a little off the beaten path is a small pond, filled with water loving Pokemon types.
After the short trek through Route Two, you'll stumble upon a rather large town known as Skylite Village. The second gym challenge awaits, as well as a coordinator's first contest. The town hosts a combined Pokemart and Pokecenter, and in the center of town is a large statue dedicated to the lovely Shaymin.
Once you have successfully beaten Samson, you are able to pass through to the Mosshelm Forest. It's densely surrounded with trees, allowing very little sunlight. The trees are swarming with different types of Pokemon, and some have even said some rarer type bug and grass type, as well as a few dark types, have been spotted.
After making your way safely out of the forest, you'll find yourself in Springglen, where your third gym challenge awaits. The fearless ground type trainer, Abraham, awaits in his sanctuary. The town hosts a Pokemart, and a Pokecenter, as well as a training school for breeders.
The trees have started slimming out, leaving next to none on the next route. Quite a change from the forest. A different variety of Pokemon take home in the almost barren area, which also provides almost no relief from the heat.
Once you have obtained the ___ Badge, you can then proceed to Route 4. Now completely barren of all foliage, you'll find yourself in the desert. A lone merchant has set up camp, just underneath a tent. His stock changes weekly, and he also sells water!
There's hardly a town between Route 4 and Route 5. Once you near the edge of route 4, you'll find the scenery changing once again, going from a barren desert to a somewhat lush oasis. Water trickles all around you, as another variety of Pokemon swarm the area.
After leaving Route 5, you'll stumble in to Eastmere City. Home to both a pokemon center and a pokemart, as well as your next gym challenge. Apart from these three buildings, there's a large park you can let your Pokemon play in, as well as a large swimming pool. Take your time and relax!
Heading away from the water, the temperature starts to rise. The path you start to take is becoming surrounded by steam vents, and a few flame jets. This area is mostly inhabited by Fire type Pokemon.
Heading in to the cavern from the route, you'll find yourself in a rather large cave. Pools of lava are spaced out in the area. Here in this cavern, the next gym leader resides. He's a fire-type trainer. After you have defeated him, you can continue through the cavern, just behind the gym leader.
Once you have left the cave, you'll find yourself descending down the mountain, and in to a field of fresh wildflowers. The Pokemon here are more calm than in the caverns, and a cool breeze blows periodically.
After you have had your fill of the Pokemon on Route 7, you'll come in to contact with Farbrook Village, which hosts the region's Psychic-type gym. As well as another contest hall.
If you're not quite ready to hit the road again, why not visit Farbrook Forest? Home to a large variety of Psychic Pokemon. Specialty trainers might also just find a surprise!
Once you have had your fill of Farbrook, its time to venture on. Coming to Route 8, you'll find it's mostly just a narrow bridge, over a large body of water. There are docks to the left and right, where you can easily fish, or if you have a Pokemon with surf, it's a great place to do so!
If you want to train your Pokemon to become even stronger, just between Route 8 and the next town is the Chilldrift Tower - a place where one can spend as much time as they want training their Pokemon. There are 10 levels. And each one a bit tougher than the last, but if you can make it, you will receive a special surprise. At the bottom is a small stand where you can stock up on certain supplies.
After you have finished at the tower, you'll stumble in to Rosecoast Port - the largest city in the region. Tall skyscrapers, and a ten story Pokecenter & Pokemart combined, as well as home to the next gym. There's a large hotel, where you can check in for the night, to rest and sight see. Why not spend a little time and enjoy yourself?
Just outside of Rosecoast Port is the circus. A great place to have some fun! You will pass by, but you don't have to stop. Instead, you can just go around - but beware of those lurking in the shadows.
The last route before you reach the Elite 4. It's snowy along the path, and chilly! Your hard work has put you this far. Enjoy the snowy scenery, take a dip at the hot springs just to the left, and gather up your courage for the battle ahead.
The large building ahead is what you have prepared yourself for. Stepping through the entrance, you'll see a busy, bustling building. To the left is the Breeders certificate center. To the right, the Sunford Region Grand Festival. Looking straight ahead is the path to the Elite Four. In front of each is an information desk, as well as a place to stock up on potions and whatever else is needed.
