Personality: Rakutsu is a loner type and can appear cold and aloof towards others who wish to get closer. To him he'd rather play it alone because if he cares for someone, puts his heart out on the line, he'll eventually get hurt when he loses them. Still that cold and sometimes arrogant/prideful side is what most people see instead of the kind and compassionate person he truly is underneath it all. Though he is very compassionate to others he has trouble with sometimes letting the darkness get too far. He is very intelligent-cunning- and he never gives up. But to protect himself for the mission, he acts as a cheerful and happy go luck trainer in civilian attire.
History: Rakutsu was born in the slums of Viridian city with his mother Maya. Rakutsu spent a lot of time with his mother in thier small apartment. His mother was killed at a early age, but he was old enough where he can life off the streets and had friends to help him. He was found by high ranking members of the international police and was taken to be a agent. He exceeded their expectations and became a "S" rank member of the organization after many missions and years of work. Now he has a new mission. To go under cover in team Prism and collect enough information to put them away.
