Rare & Special Pokemon

So, of course, there are rare Pokemon, as well as specials and those almost unobtainable ones. The almost unobtainable Pokemon will be given out in events, and giveaways, and other things. If you receive an unobtainable from one event, you will not receive one from the next, until everyone has gotten at least one. Of course, all shiny Pokemon are rare - but not unobtainable. After each badge received, your chances of finding a shiny will increase. The following are also very rare. Just because you receive a Pokemon from the professor, doesn't mean they are easily obtainable otherwise.
