His eye sight is not very impressive. He wears contacts during the day, but, unless he knows he is going to be working, he wears glasses at night. He will usually only wear his glasses when he's alone and will not be seen wearing them.

It started out as the desire to have his parents in his life and slowly twisted into an unhealthy obsession to exterminate all Pokemon. It was no longer about his parents, and it soon got to the point where he wanted them gone and out of his life forever, taking what they had worked hard to achieve and making it his own.

Ji-eun is twisted, sadistic, and highly possessive. Anything and everything has been deemed as his, from the grunts under his command to the Pokemon used as tools to reach his ultimate goal. Even if he might act like he doesn't care what happens to his pawns, he absolutely abhors it whenever he sees anyone deemed as his get chummy with someone else. He seems to be fine with it, for the most part, when it's between team members; however, he is quick to give the order to attack whenever he sees it between, say, a grunt and a civilian. You could say he is quick to become jealous, especially over his toys. There is also his tendency to flirt around, even if he doesn't like seeing anyone else do it.

Now, the mentality of a five year old who cannot share is not the full picture when it comes to Ji-eun. It might be how some of his grunts see him or anyone who has had the displeasure of viewing that side of him, but he does have a decent enough control over that side of him. He has gone through years of theatre training, after all, and he knows how to keep himself composed while there is an inferno within. To the general public, he was the prodigy child who took over his family business after a tragic accident. He keeps himself calm and polite, speaking with a soft voice and a small smile on his face. Ji-eun is a great leader, and that much is not an act.  Sure, his anger will sometimes get in the way, but he can pull himself and others together whenever the situation calls for it.

Song Ji-eun was born to an ambitious couple who founded their own company, Song Inc., that originally started out with the clear goal of trying to better the relationship between humans and Pokemon. However, Ji-eun soon began to notice that money began to corrupt his father and mother. They worked long hours of the day, leaving him with a babysitter and rarely offering him any attention. To the young child, it was not the company that had stolen his parents away from him like anyone else would have thought. No, he believed with his entire being that it was the relationship between humans and Pokemon. He believed that, if Pokemon had never existed, then he would have had a happier childhood with parents who were not absent for a majority of it.

As he grew, Ji-eun was subjected to whatever his parents wanted of him. They never told him to his face what they wanted him to do. They always sent assistants from the company or a short text. Tutors arrived at their doorstep each day: math, sciences, and the arts. According to one of his 'supervisors', they wanted him to grow up into a fine young man to take over the 'family business'. He allowed them to do as they pleased while the growing darkness within him festered. Ji-eun took an interest in other regions, telling his supervisors that he was researching other companies while he was really looking at the underground organizations from regions around the world. Team Rocket, Team Plasma, etc., he soaked up every last drop of information he could find.

And then he had the bright idea at the age of fourteen that he should make an organization of his own. Of course, as a teenager, he could do nothing more than to influence the neighborhood kids to do his bidding. He kept the goal of ridding the world of the Pokemon plague to himself as many of them clung to their own Pokemon like lifelines. But, that was all they were, a gang of teenagers who pretending like they were on top of the world. It wasn't until he was eighteen that he was introduced to an entirely new level of organized crime. It came gift wrapped with the death of his parents as their private jet crashed before they could arrive home. A twisted grin had stretched across his face as he covered his mouth with his hands while their last will was read. To those in the room, he only looked like he was mourning, but the shaking of his shoulders was muffled laughter rather than sobs.

He was left the company and a nice little surprise in the form of something that his mother had kept hidden from even his father: Team Prism. After looking through some files in his mother's study, he found that she had originally made the team to be something close to a 'secret police' of the company to do her bidding as she pleased. As Ji-eun took his place on top of his 'throne', he changed company policies and team policies. He crafted it into his own wonderland under the guise that they were doing good for the world. Song Inc. continued to act under the mask of 'helping' the world while Team Prism acted in secret towards Ji-eun's ultimate goal: ridding the world of the Pokemon menace.
