Evolution can be a complicated thing, as can breeding. Have some help.
Trade: Some Pokémon need to be traded With a different trainer to evolve and some might need to hold an special item or be traded for a certain Pokémon. To do this here, you will need an permission form () from the shop
Leveling up: A Pokémon that evolves at a certain level must be at that level obviously and, in some cases, be the right gender.
Knowing a special move: Some Pokémon needs to know a specific move to evolve.
Evolutional Stones: A Pokémon that needs a special item to evolve needs to come into contact with that item and to be the right gender. However these items are not just found randomly and needs to be bought by a trainer or handed out in a special event.
Happiness: Now gaining it is simple enough, you need to post with the pokemon you want to evolve in a thread and be nice to it, then it can gain a . You can gain 2 for winning a battle with a pokemon and you can win 3 for winning a gym battle with the pokemon. Both of these only count if the pokemon doesnt faint, otherwise you wont gain any. Now your pokemon can evolve once they get 10 's, nice and simple. Some pokemon need this at a certain time of day or even at a certain place so remember this. (Sylveon needs to be in Rosecoast Port with full happiness to evolve)
Held Items: A Pokémon that needs to hold a special item and level up with it needs to have that item as a hold item. Sometimes it needs to be a certain time of day when the said Pokémon levels up.
Location: Certain Pokémon needs to be at a specific place to evolve. Normally the place is within the Pokémon’s native region but here in Sunford there are places with the corresponding conditions.
Locations to be determined.
Misc: When a Tyrogue evolves the trainer can choose what they want the Pokémon to evolve into since we don't calculate stats. What kind of Wormadam a female Burmy evolves into is not up to the trainer and will be decided depending on the current terrain. To evolve a Feebas you must give it a Prism Scale (which can be purchased in the shop) and level it up. Inkay will need you to give him a rotate stone and then they can evolve
BREEDING
You can breed at the daycare in Eastmere City. The owner there, Marlie, Is a young but skilled breeder. He will either breed two of your own Pokémon or he will allow you to borrow his Ditto. Breeding costs 150 tokens and you may only breed once every seven days. If you want to breed a rare Pokémon it will cost you 200 tokens and you will most likely only get one rare egg born. The eggs born will be randomly selected and their genders and moves and abilities will be up to chance, you may breed a single Pokémon more than once in one day but the seven day rule applies after that. All Pokémon hatch at level 5
You also can breed pokemon in peoples nurseries. These people have bought the right to run these nurseries and they are able to breed their pokemon and many of them will breed pokemon for request, or they will breed for fun and sell their eggs on to others.
The two Pokémon you want to breed MUST be compatible. Check Serebii, Veekun or Bulbapedia beforehand to be sure.
